Job Overview
As a Nanny/Babysitter, you will play an essential role in supporting the child’s daily routine, learning journey, and personal growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the child is safe, happy, engaged, and developing age-appropriate skills through structured learning and creative play.
The successful candidate should have a caring personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a positive relationship with the child and family. Experience in early childhood education or teaching will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing attentive, loving, and responsible care for a 4-year-old child.
- Supervising the child’s daily routine and ensuring a safe environment at all times.

- Supporting early childhood development through reading, storytelling, drawing, puzzles, music, and interactive games.
- Helping improve the child’s English speaking, listening, reading, and communication skills through daily conversations and learning exercises.
- Encouraging positive behavior, good manners, and healthy social interaction.
- Assisting with homework or preschool learning activities if required.
- Preparing simple snacks or meals for the child when necessary.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the child’s play and learning areas.
- Reporting the child’s daily progress and any concerns to the parents.
- Following the family’s routines, preferences, and childcare guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a qualified individual who meets the following criteria:
- Previous experience working with children between the ages of 3 and 5 years.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning methods.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy personality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to teach and encourage language development.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of childcare.
- Teaching, education, childcare certification, or early childhood development qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- First aid or childcare safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
