Job Opportunity:
Nanny / Helper for Infant Care
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced Sri Lankan nanny/helper to provide full-time care for our infant. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and healthy development of our baby in a loving home environment.
Position Overview
Role: Nanny / Helper (Infant Care)
Infant Age: 4–5 months old
Nationality Requirement: Sri Lankan
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours daily)
Salary: AED 1,500 – 1,800 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care & Daily Routine

Provide attentive and loving care for a 4–5 month old baby

Handle feeding, diaper changing, soothing, and maintaining a consistent routine
Safety & Hygiene
-
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times

Follow proper hygiene practices for the baby and baby-related items
Developmental Support
-
Engage the infant in age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, reading, talking, and gentle play
-
Encourage early development through interaction and stimulation
Household Support (Baby-Related)

Wash and organize baby clothes and linens

Clean and maintain the baby’s living and play areas

Sterilize bottles, toys, and feeding equipment
Qualifications & Requirements

Must be of Sri Lankan nationality
-
Proven and verifiable experience caring for infants, particularly 0–1 year old
-
Patient, loving, and responsible attitude toward childcare
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required working hours

Good communication skills
