Your Impact
As a Receptionist, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience. You will be a trusted point of contact, helping residents navigate their stay while creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Each day brings new interactions, challenges, and opportunities to make someone’s stay memorable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Although no two days are the same, your responsibilities will include:
Front Desk Operations

Greeting residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Sharing helpful information and recommendations about the city
Guest & Community Support

Assisting with arrivals and departures

Setting up and maintaining shared spaces

Ensuring guests feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their stay

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or another customer-focused role

Fluency in French and conversational English (additional languages are an advantage)

Legal authorization to live and work in France

Availability to work flexible schedules, including varying days and hours
